Movie Review: Cloverfield

Wow, that was a DUMB movie. It's hard to get over how dumb dumb dumb that movie was. What a waste of my time. I mean seriously, have you seen it. DUMB DUMB DUMB. The movie was so stupid!

First off...um, it's really annoying the shaking "hand held video camera" thing.

Second, the first 20 minutes was mostly the stupid party which was long and well, stupid and stupid. I mean I know I'm not really describing the movie that well...but it was just really stupid. Do not go out and watch it.

Third, there's not really much closure to the movie. The ending was stupid. The "alternative endings" were just as stupid.

Fourth, It must not have been too hard for the actors to learn the script. It could have pretty much been the same four phrases over and over again.

Fifth, I didn't really like the whole point of the movie, which I guess is some sort of documentary turned government property film...blah blah.

I think there was kinda hype about the movie. But it really didn't deliver. Waste of time. Glad I only redboxed it and didn't see it in the theaters. But it really would have been better if I had never watched the movie to begin with. This movie was awful.

Agreed.
To heal your movie battered soul, you need to watch "Lars and the Real Girl"
Trust me it's good. It's clean. I loved it.
